Jamie, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in August 2003 at the age of 3 1/2. Jamie was extremelly brave and showed me what real strength is. He took everything in his stride and never once complained throughout his battle which he fought and won despite Dr's predictions. We had a great year at home and made lots of happy memories before the Cancer returned. Despite putting up hell of a fight the Cancer finally beat him, and we lost our precious warrior on August 31st 2005. Since Jamie’s diagnosis I have created the Neuroblastoma Warriors website (beebo.info) which is - a directory of lots of other people with Neuroblastoma, of all ages, and from all over the world. I hope that this will be a source of comfort to newly diagnosed parents, who are scared and feeling lost.
